SEN Secondary School Teacher -
Location: Selly Oak, B29
Salary: £140 - £180 per day
Hours: Full Time
Start Date: January (Interviews and trial days in December)
Here at Willo Education we are working closely with a SEN Secondary School in the area of Selly Oak, the School are looking for a strong SEN Teacher to join their team on a long-term/permanent basis. The ideal SEN teacher would be someone who has a strong work ethic, is SEN trained, has experience in all areas of SEN and is able to adapt to each child’s needs.

Your Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver creative and individualized lessons tailored to the needs of students with SEN.
* Monitor access student progress, adapting strategies if required.
* Promote positive behaviour an social skills in line with the school’s ethos.
* Engage with parents/carers to ensure consistent support for students both in school and at home.
* Collaborate with other teachers including, teaching assistants, therapists, and external professionals.
We are looking for someone who:
* You MUST have a QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
* You MUST have experience teaching in an SEN setting.
* Right To Work in the UK.
* 2 sufficient references.
* Shows empathy, patience, and a commitment to supporting diverse learning needs.
* Strong organization skills and a flexible approach to learning.
