As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting students with autism, assisting them in developing essential skills and reaching their potential.

To excel in this role, you should possess

Previous experience working with individuals with autism or in a comparable support role.
Experience supporting children with diverse needs or in a similar setting such as healthcare.
Knowledge and understanding of special educational needs.
Patience and ability to develop good relationships with children.
Commitment to creating an inclusive environment for every child.
