Your Role:
 
·Assisting the Registered Manager in ensuring excellent standards of person centred,
·holistic care are delivered by staff
·Support and assist the Registered Manager, and deputise during their absence in
·ensuring the home is functioning effectively and safely.
·Ensure high-quality care and support is provided.
·Lead and motivate staff, ensuring team effectiveness.
·Promote a person-centered approach for all residents.
·Implement policy on ordering, administration, storage and destruction of medication.
·Audit checks on MAR sheets and evidence spot checks.
·Take joint responsibility for the promotion and management of employees training.
 
Requirements:
 
·Strong leadership and communication skills
·Passion for supporting adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs
·NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent (essential)
·NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Children's Health and Social Care or Adult Social Care (Not essential but must be willing to undertake)
·Full UK driving license and access to your own car
