Key Responsibilities:

? Talent Sourcing & Acquisition: Identify and recruit top civil engineering professionals, from Technicians through to Technical Directors across infrastructure, highways, drainage, structural & transport
? Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the civil sector, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
? Candidate Management: Source, interview, and place candidates while ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
? Market Insight: Stay up-to-date with trends in the civil market and anticipate recruitment needs for your clients.

You Should Have:

✅ Previous recruitment experience, ideally within the civil engineering, construction, or infrastructure industries.
✅ Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a proactive approach to building relationships.
