Key Responsibilities
* Resolve IT support tickets efficiently, adhering to service level agreements.
* Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot a range of mobile devices.
* Oversee hardware and software setups, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new employees.
* Manage user accounts and permissions using Active Directory, Okta, and other IAM tools.
Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years of technical IT support experience in a corporate environment.
* Strong understanding of Active Directory, Desktop Administration, and advanced troubleshooting techniques.
* Proficiency in using ticketing systems for managing IT requests.
* Experience with IAM solutions such as Okta
