An independent Civil and Structural Engineering Consultancy are looking for a Structural Technician with at least 5 years' experience to join their brand new office base in Manchester City Centre.

The company are a well-established and reputable Civil and Structural consultancy who are one the North West's industry leaders working on Sports, Stadia and Leisure projects across the UK and some of their clients include Premier League football clubs and leading UK racecourses amongst others.

The ideal candidate will have at least some experience using Revit on live projects and you will be joining an existing team of 3 other technicians and will take an active role in project delivery and client liaison.

The ideal Structural Technician will:

Hold a minimum of an ONC in Civil Engineering or relevant engineering course.
3+ years Revit experience within the UK structures environment and at least 5 years working for a civil and structural engineering company/companies.
Experience of modelling existing masonry structures and new RC Concrete/steel framed buildings.
Able to use and create project templates and filters to in-house standards.
Good engineering knowledge and understanding of key structural engineering principals.
Experience of modelling large-scale buildings and refurbishment of buildings

Remuneration packages will be salaried between £32,000 and £38,000 depending on experience (but more experienced and therefore expensive candidates will still be considered) and will also include 25 days annual leave plus employer contributory pension.
