As a Registered Care Home Manager, you will:

Ensure top-notch, person-centred care for residents
Manage and support staff, including recruitment and onboarding
Collaborate with the Area Manager to meet business objectives and compliance criteria
Maintain optimum occupancy through creative marketing strategies
Submit regular management reports on various aspects of the home

At least 3 years’ experience as a Registered Care Home Manager with CQC
Experience in dementia care
Proven track record in high-quality care management and financial planning
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication abilities
