Harvest Production Manager Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the operations team to achieve strategic objectives
Streamline processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Oversee project management and ensure timely delivery.
Implement innovative solutions to improve productivity.
Monitor and analyse performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Harvest Production Manager Requirements:

Proven experience as an Production Manager or in a similar role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects.
Experience working in a role at a similar level
Experience managing and mentoring staff members
Confident and assertive communication skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.The business is looking for an individual who ideally has experience within the food industry.
