A proven Business Analyst is now sought to join an established technology team within a leading multi-site specialist manufacturing Organisation. Based in the South West the successful Business Analyst will take full BA life cycle responsibility for new projects and change requests, requiring systems and application development effort.
 
The Business Analyst will also take ownership of small change projects and play a key role UAT and system acceptance. Working closely with the internal development and application support teams.
 
Essential experience for the Business Analyst

Proven commercial business analysis experience
Working within application development / change programmes
Worked within regulatory change projects
Worked closely with development teams
Proven in working within Agile delivery models
Jira or equivalent tool experience
Business analysis certification or equivalent experience gained 
The successful Business Analyst will be offered flexible working a basic salary of between £40,000 - £45,000 + benefits and training and development opportunities. Travel will be required between key UK sites. Role will be based in Chippenham.
 
The role will suit an experienced Business Analyst who enjoys a role where there is an opportunity to use their initiative and take ownership of all the key elements of their role. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential as are proven stakeholder engagement skills.
