We are currently looking for an experienced Mechanical Designer to join an established engineering firm based in the Hull area.

Responsibilities and Duties:

* HNC Mechanical engineering (or equivalent)

* Experience using SolidWorks. Use SolidWorks to produce detail drawings and bill of materials.

* Experience designing equipment for the food industry, conveyors, rotary equipment.

* Good communication skills. Liaise with shopfloor, customers and suppliers.

* Working on jobs as an individual or part of a team.

* Involvement with R&D projects
