A Local Authority based in Essex are on the hunt for their newest Private Sector Housing Officer!

Essex isn't only famous for the reality TV show - it's also home to a couple of special cities! This includes the city where radio was born, and to Britain's first city!

Sounds like a place you'd like to visit?

For this role, you'll need experience in:

Completing HMO inspections.
Conducting HHSRS assessments.
Enforcing notices.
Preparing evidence for court and tribunal hearings.
Great knowledge of The Housing Act 2004.
This is a 6 month role, with a mixture of both home working, and working in the picturesque area to complete inspections.
