The Administrator will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily office operations to ensure a productive and efficient working environment. The role involves managing administrative tasks, supporting staff and management, and maintaining office resources. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Requirements.

Work in a team to Manage daily office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment.
Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and ordering new supplies as necessary.
Coordinate maintenance and repair of office equipment.
Provide administrative support to management and staff, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and phone calls.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and customers, providing excellent customer service.
Manage and resolve customer inquiries or direct them to the appropriate department.Hours: Mon- Friday (10am-7pm) Friday (10am-4pm)
