Science Cover Teacher Needed - Immediate Start
Aspire People are seeking a dynamic and qualified Science Teacher with QTS to join a secondary school in Oldham, part of a forward-thinking Multi-Academy Trust. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic educator to provide high-quality cover teaching across KS3 and KS4 Science.
The role is to start ASAP on a long-term basis and for the right candidate could turn into a permanent role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and effective Science lessons across KS3 and KS4, following the existing curriculum and planning requirements.
* Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student achievement and well-being.
* Provide continuity of learning and contribute to the academic development of students in the absence of regular Science staff.
* Collaborate with department staff to ensure a smooth learning experience for all students.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching Science at the secondary level.
* Has a strong understanding of the Science curriculum and effective teaching methodologies.
* Demonstrates excellent classroom management skills and adaptability.
* Is passionate about student learning and committed to fostering a positive school environment.
