Salary: £30,000 - £46,525 per year (MPS/UPS)

GSL Education Lincolnshire is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teacher of Business to join a vibrant and growing academy in Lincoln. This role is perfect for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking to make a significant impact in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

As a Teacher of Business, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and dynamic lessons across Key Stages 4-5, fostering a love for business studies, and inspiring students to achieve their full potential. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the Head of Department to further develop the business curriculum and help raise the profile of the subject within the academy.

What We Are Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
An outstanding and passionate teacher with a strong track record of student success.
Experience teaching Business Studies across KS4-5 is essential.
A dynamic, versatile, and enthusiastic educator with a passion for business and a desire to contribute to the development of the department.
An individual looking to develop their career with opportunities for professional growth and leadership.
