Our Client combines scientific technology and innovation to provide customers with effective high-performance skincare and wellness products expertly formulated, proven in research and in real life.
They are now seeking a Digital Marketing Manager. This position is a hybrid role and will be part office based in Redditch, Worcestershire and part home based. It is a full-time permanent role.
Job Purpose
* To drive commercial digital marketing activities for the B2C brand
* As part of a dedicated team propose, confirm, and implement a digital marketing strategy including on-line and subscription-based sales
* Carry out market research to identify unmet customer needs leading to new and improved products
* A leader to achieve the vision of a personalised nutrition and beauty offering
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute Digital Marketing to increase brand awareness and increase sales
* Paid Social - PPC advertising
* Managing e-commerce platforms such as WooCommerce
* Executing content marketing strategy via blogs, mailshots & SEO
* Managing social media platforms such as Facebook / Instagram / LinkedIn
* Line managing, training and mentoring a Social Media Assistant
* Creating & implementing marketing campaigns, track sales, coordinate supply
* Maintaining and updating the brand strategy
* Product development and promotion
* Collaborate with the technical nutrition and cosmetic product creation teams
* Collaborate with Strategic Insights team
Qualifications and Experience
* Degree or equivalent with focus on digital marketing
* Experience implementing digital marketing campaigns for a brand
* Numerate with ability to analyse data and determine trends
* Totally IT literate and capable of harnessing the benefits of modern customer relationship management / enterprise resource software and digital media
* Literate person who can prepare well written and lucid reports
* Able to articulate and communicate a compelling case
* Enquiring mind interested in a range of scientific literature
* Flexible and able to prioritise, plan and organise multiple activities
* Excellent telephone manner, friendly and enquiring
* Industrious and with the tenacity to complete a task
* Enjoys being accountable for the success of the business function
* Drive, determination, energy, tenacity, enthusiasm, loyalty
In return, our Client is offering a basic salary of c£40,000 per annum, (salary is negotiable and dependent on experience), plus benefits.
