Key Responsibilities:
* Perform TIG and MIG welding on thin gauge stainless steel to a high standard.
* Carry out detailed fabrication work, ensuring all components meet stringent quality requirements.
* Interpret engineering drawings and specifications accurately.
* Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
* Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and improve fabrication processes.
* Ensure timely completion of projects, working to tight deadlines without compromising quality.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Welder / Fabricator, specifically with TIG and MIG welding techniques.
* Strong fabrication skills with a focus on thin gauge stainless steel.
* Ability to work to very high standards, producing precise and aesthetically pleasing welds.
* Competence in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
* Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Desirable Skills:
* Experience working in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
* Familiarity with other welding techniques and materials.
* Additional qualifications or certifications in welding and fabrication.
