We have a current opportunity for a Business Change Lead on a contract basis. The position will be based in Suffolk, inside IR35, PAYE and umbrealla options available. For further information about this position please apply.

We are currently looking to recruit the Business Change Lead who will Directly Report to
the Business Change Manager. If you are successful you will support the Lead with the
holistic Business Change strategy and implementation of business change activities
across the Digital and IT landscape. You will work closely with their peers in Digital & IT
in the areas of Delivery Assurance, Testing, Information Management and Integration.
Please note - This role will need to be based in Suffolk and be able to travel to SZC Site.

Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications & Experience

* Management of multiple business change workstreams operating within a multi-
million-pound change portfolio, preferably in an IT environment
* Great interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage people at all levels
* Effective leadership competencies with excellent written and oral communication
* Experience in Managing Business Change coordination across multiple programmes
* Ability to coach and manage more junior resources
* Member of ACPM or CMI, holding an industry-recognised qualification such as Prosci or
APMG Change Management
* Degree qualified, or equivalent
* Previous experience in nuclear, energy, construction or manufacturing is desirable
