The Roles

Depending on experience, you will have the opportunity to work in compliance, advisory, or a hybrid of both. Key responsibilities may include:

? Corporate Tax Compliance:

Managing and reviewing corporate tax computations and returns for a variety of businesses

Ensuring clients meet their corporate tax obligations efficiently and accurately

Liaising with HMRC on behalf of clients and resolving tax queries

Assisting with R&D claims and capital allowances

? Corporate Tax Advisory:

Supporting clients with tax planning, restructuring, and international tax matters

Advising on M&A transactions, due diligence, and tax-efficient structuring

Assisting with share schemes, venture capital tax reliefs, and other specialist areas

Providing tailored advice to help businesses navigate complex tax legislation

What We’re Looking For

Corporate tax experience within practice (all levels considered)

CTA-qualified, ACA/ACCA-qualified, or studying towards CTA

Strong technical knowledge in either compliance, advisory, or both

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

A proactive and client-focused approach

Ability to work independently and as part of a growing team
