Milk Education are recruiting for a purpose-driven, ambitious SEND Teaching Assistant to join an SEND Secondary School in Chester to work on a long-term basis.

You’ll be joining a supportive school, focused on inclusion and equality.

This is an exciting role for a new or experienced educator to join a fantastic school to support pupils in reaching their potential!

What You’ll Be Doing in the Role:

* Promoting inclusion and acceptance of all students
* Supporting pupils consistently whilst responding to their individual needs
* Track student progress and wellbeing, sharing feedback with staff and parents
* Foster a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment

Essential Qualifications:

* Understanding of various SEND needs, such as autism, ADHD, or learning difficulties
* Must possess good numeracy and literacy skills
* Holds a Level 2/3 qualification (CACHE, Childcare, NNEB, Etc.) or relevant experience
* Must have the ability to work under the guidance of the classroom teacher
