Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Technical Team Leader – Gas to work with one of our Housing Association clients in Manchester.

What the job will be doing

* ensuring safety, efficiency & regulatory compliance of gas, ventilation & regeneration systems

* management of safety programs and implementation of robust procedure to comply with safety reg

* budget management, contract management and improvement of safety programmes

* effective monitoring & reporting

What you will need

* Experience in working with MVHR, ventilation and air condition systems

* MVHR qualification

* ACS gas for domestic & commercial appliances
