Our client, a well-respected law firm with a long history of providing expert legal advice across East Anglia, who is enjoying a sustained level of growth, is seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join their team.
Overview
You will work on an interesting caseload and will benefit from a supportive team environment and attractive benefits package. The role will see you play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to clients by managing a diverse caseload of residential property transactions, ensuring their best interests are represented throughout the process.
Responsibilities
Manage a mixed caseload of residential property transactions
Advise clients on all legal aspects of conveyancing matters
Handle sales, purchases, freehold, leasehold, and shared ownership cases
Assist clients with Right to Buy and new build transactions
Ensure clients' best interests are represented throughout the process
Continue to develop relationship with an already established panel of agents and lenders
Requirements
Qualified Solicitor (NQ+ upwards), Legal Executive and/or Licenced Conveyancer
Used to managing your own residential property caseload
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
Meticulous attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines under pressure
Commitment to delivering exceptional client service and achieving successful outcomes
