Interim Property Data Officer
West London – £29.07 per hour

A West London Local Authority is seeking a skilled Property Data Officer / Asset Information Analyst to join their Asset Team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in managing and analysing property data to support strategic decision-making and effective asset management.

Role Overview:

As a Property Data Officer, you will work closely with the Asset Information Manager and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and effective management of property and asset data. Your expertise in data analysis and reporting will directly contribute to the council’s asset strategy and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, write, and run reports, data models, and data extracts from Asset Information Systems.
Use tools such as Power Query (Power BI/Excel), Structured Query Language (SQL), Server Reporting Services, and SQL Query to generate insights and support decision-making.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Analyse asset data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Support the development and enhancement of asset information systems and reporting processes.

Requirements:

Proven experience working with data analysis and asset information systems.
Strong skills in Power BI, Excel, SQL, and reporting services.
Experience in working with asset management or property data within a local authority or similar environment is desirable.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
