STOCK ADMINISTRATOR FOR WAREHOUSE REQUIRED
ROTATING SHIFTS - 06-00 TO 14.00 AND 14.00 TO 22.00
IMMEDIATE START - LONG CONTRACTS
Area B46 1AL. Coleshill Hams Hall - Must have strong Stock Admin Background
Rate - £11.44 - Must be able to cover both shifts
Key Responsibilities.
Previous Admin Experience within warehouse environment is a must.
Receipting of all in bound and external loads.
Monitoring Stock Levels
Monitoring Damaged Stock. Internal Stock -
Processing all orders for dispatch
Checking picking levels is a priority for delivery.
Using the relevant Microsoft systems
Good communication
Ability to priorities work
Speaking to Colleagues and internal/ external departments / clients
Prepare stock consolidation to fully utilise warehouse capacity
Reconcile stock discrepancies and report accordingly
Investigate picking errors. - good communication with Temps and WorkersExperience required 1 year
Swisslog, SAP LES Red Prairie systems
Flexible approach to working hours.
Microsoft skills, Excel - word outlook - basic to intermediate
Good written and Verbal Communication necessary.
