Job Title: Accounts Administrator
Location: Rotherham (S65)
Salary: £25,000K - £27,000K (DOE)
Hrs: 08:00-16:30hrs (Office Based)
Contract: Permanent

Our client is a highly reputable $1.6B Global Company, specialising in developing, producing, and distributing a broad range of specialty Chemicals, Minerals & Niche Products for markets including Construction, Agriculture, Steel, Oil & Gas industries.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Accounts Administrator to join a small team based in Rotherham. You will be responsible for assisting accounts payable, billing and other various administrative tasks.

As the Accounts Administrator your duties will be:
Assist with Accounts Payable and Receivable.
Inputting journal entries.
Various report submissions
Assist with financial audits.
Submission of overtime to Payroll
Setting up new suppliers.
The successful Accounts Administrator, you will have the following skills and experience: -
Must have previous experience working in a similar role/finance department.
Ideally be qualified to AAT level or equivalent.
Any VAT experience would be advantageous.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and ideally Oracel.
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workload.
Excellent communication skills
