As a Sales Coordinator based in Colchester you’ll be responsible for:
Being the first point of contact for customers both over the phone and behind the trading counter, providing exceptional customer service at all times
Supporting the team in the office with customer quotes, and general administration duties
Checking in with customers to see how their projects are going and to understand if they need any further support
You may occasionally be required to help out in the warehouse
This is a full-time, permanent role working 45 hours per week Monday to Friday between 7.00am – 5.00pm.

To be able to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
To be comfortable helping out in all areas of the branch, including the warehouse
Customer service experience is desirable but not essential
