JOB TITLE: Personal Injury Solicitor / Legal Executive
HOURS: Full Time, Hybrid
Location: Plymouth
Salary: £35K - £45K

Award winning, Legal 500 law firm with offices across the UK. Specialising in Personal injury / Clinical Negligence you will be joining a team of experienced, motivated professionals excelling in your legal career.

YOUR DAY TO DAY:

Handling your own Caseload of Employers Liability and Public Liability files from cradle to grave collaborating with the Serious Injury team.
Manage both new and ongoing claims, both pre litigated and litigated.
Meeting clients face to face.
Attend court proceedings and inquests.
Draft and prepare legal documents, briefs, instructions, and schedules.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Experience in Personal Injury law,
Strong organisational skills
Qualified Solicitor or Equivalent NQ +
Experience running your own litigated caseload
Experience managing EL/Pl files in litigation.
