Nursing Home Manager – Up to £70,000 p/a
Location: Spalding Area

Are you an experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for elderly care? Do you have a strong leadership background and a commitment to ensuring high-quality care? We are seeking a skilled and motivated Nursing Home Manager to lead a well-established and reputable nursing home in the Spalding area.

This is a fantastic opportunity to oversee the day-to-day management of a home with an excellent local reputation, supported by a dedicated and experienced team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and support a team of healthcare professionals to deliver the highest standard of care
Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and best practice guidelines
Develop and implement person-centered care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring efficient use of staff and equipment
Build strong, supportive relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders
Requirements:

Valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN)
Proven experience in a managerial or senior nursing role
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team
A passion for delivering high-quality, person-centered care
In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance standards
