The job role:
This is a varied and busy role; you’ll be part of a small team providing extensive administrative and clerical support to the HR team and the wider business.
In addition, you’ll:
* Manage all administrative processes related to employee life cycle, including recruitment, hiring, onboarding, training and development, compensation and benefits, termination
* Prepare employment contracts and update any variations as required
* Ensure accurate and efficient data input into HRIS (Workday)
* Provide prompt, effective administrative support to the HR, managers and employees, maintaining a professional approach
* Maintain a disciplined and confidential approach to sensitive employee information

You will:
* Have excellent attention to detail, be highly organised with an inquisitive nature
* Bring proven experience in administrative roles, particularly within fast-paced environments
* Proactively identify opportunities for improvement
* Showcase a background in processes and systems
* Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Have advanced IT proficiency
* Effectively multi-task and prioritise
* Be collaborative, diligent and a strong team player
* Understand Data privacy and GDPR
* Be capable of managing projects from initiation to completion
