As the Electrical Supervisor, you’ll oversee day-to-day electrical operations on-site, ensuring all installations meet code, quality standards, and project timelines. You’ll manage crews, coordinate with other trades, and act as the key point of contact between the site and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all on-site electrical activities

*

Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and residential plans

*

Ensure compliance with local electrical codes and safety regulations

*

Direct and support a team of electricians and apprentices

*

Manage materials, tools, and inventory on-site

*

Conduct safety talks and ensure OSHA compliance

*

Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues as they arise

*

Maintain project documentation and communicate progress to project managers

Requirements:

*

Gold ECS card

*

SSSTS / SMSTS

*

5+ years of residential electrical experience, with at least 2 in a leadership role

*

Experience managing crews and working in fast-paced construction environments

*

Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills

*

Ability to read and work from technical drawings and schematics
