Repairs Supervisor

The role

Working on a social housing contract in South West London, you will be responsible for supervising a team of around 15 operatives, covering the below:

tracking the performance and timesheets of individuals
H&S
Carry out regular site visits and inspections, sign off contractors work and raise quality
and complaints issues with other teams as
appropriate
Monitor performance of the service including number of jobs attended and identifying trends
and patterns for Board reporting
Order materials promptly, accurately and within budget

Key Skills and experience:

Repairs and supervisor experience ideally within housing but other areas considered
Budget management
Ideally SSSTS certified
Ideally first aid certificate
