We are looking for a motivated and reliable Production Operative to join their dynamic team. If you are passionate about sustainable construction and enjoy working in a hands-on environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in the production of timber frames, panels, and other construction components.

* Operate machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.

* Ensure the timber products meet quality standards.

* Load and unload materials as required.

* Work as part of a team to meet production targets.

* Maintain a clean and organised workspace.

* Follow health and safety protocols at all times.

Requirements:

* Experience in a production or manufacturing environment, ideally in timber or construction.

* Ability to operate woodworking machinery and hand tools.

* Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

* Ability to read drawings

* Good communication skills.

* Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks.

* A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
