About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled MEP Engineer to join our client in South East London. This role requires an engineer who can independently survey MEP installations, assess their condition, and provide expert recommendations. You will also be involved in designing electrical systems, contributing to a wide range of projects across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct MEP surveys to assess existing installations and identify improvement opportunities.

*

Design and develop electrical systems in line with project requirements.

*

Work across a variety of projects, including commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments.

*

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and provide expert guidance to clients.

*

Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.

*

Produce detailed reports and recommendations based on survey findings.

What We’re Looking For:

*

8+ years of experience in MEP engineering with a strong electrical bias.

*

Proven ability to survey MEP installations and provide detailed assessments.

*

Experience in electrical design within a building services consultancy.

*

Proficiency in software such as Amtech, Dialux, and AutoCAD (Revit is a plus).

*

Strong knowledge of BS7671, CIBSE, and IET regulations.

*

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

*

Degree or HND in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
