Position Overview: The Head of Operations will oversee daily operations, manage a small but mighty team, and implement strategies to optimise efficiency and drive growth. This role requires a strong leader with experience in operational management, team development, and a deep understanding of the wellness industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and quality in all processes.

Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to streamline the business.

Team Leadership:
Manage, mentor, and inspire a diverse team to achieve departmental success.

Support with performance management.

Encourage a positive work environment that thrives.

Project Management:
Lead cross-functional projects and work cross-functionally with Sales & Marketing.

Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring successful completion.

Financial Oversight:
Assist in budget planning and management, analysing financial performance.

Customer Focus:
Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met across all channels.

Gather feedback and insights to inform product development and service enhancements.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the wellness, raw materials or consumer goods industry.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Passion for natural wellness and sustainability.
