Key Responsibilities:

* Act as the primary point of contact for all facilities-related inquiries and service requests.

* Manage and prioritize incoming tickets through helpdesk systems, ensuring timely responses and resolutions.

* Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to address maintenance and service needs.

* Maintain accurate records and documentation of helpdesk activities, work orders, and service reports.

* Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure compliance and escalate issues as necessary.

* Provide general administrative support to the facilities management team.

What We’re Looking For:

* Previous experience in a helpdesk, facilities, or administrative support role (preferred).

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

* Proficiency in using helpdesk or facilities management software (e.g., CAFM systems).

* Basic technical knowledge of building systems and maintenance workflows is a plus.

* A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
