Job Title: Site Manager (Fit-Out)

Location: Maxworthy, Cornwall

Responsibilities:

* Oversee and manage fit-out projects, ensuring timely and high-quality completion.

* Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams for fit-out work such as interiors, fixtures, and finishes.

* Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and manage risk assessments.

* Monitor project progress, resolve any on-site issues, and maintain project timelines.

* Liaise with clients and stakeholders to meet design specifications and project requirements.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Site Manager with a focus on fit-out projects.

* SMSTS certification and valid CSCS card required.

* Strong understanding of fit-out processes, materials, and finishes.

* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
