Job Summary:
My client is seeking skilled engineers to join a team working on a maintenance manual module cause comparison project for a military gas turbine. The team will be working on behalf of an aero engine OEM, completing engine maintenance manual comparison tasks. The objective is to create a robust operating model, eventually achieving a run rate of 40 DMs (Data Modules) per month.
Key Responsibilities:
* Undertake engine maintenance manual comparison tasks, including analysis of the engine Common Source Database (CSDB) against the current Engine Repair Manual.
* Create change requests for each target engine repair manual data module.
* Analyse Common Source Database modules and the target engine repair manual.
* Assess Data Modules identified in the “From - To Exchange” data provided.
* Compare content of 560 Data Modules in the Common Source Database (from exchanges 790 to 925) with the content in Issue 16 of the Engine Repair Manual.
* Identify and record the nature and detail of all changes.
* Review the correlation between the data and populate a spreadsheet with proposed changes to the target Data Module.
Required Skills (Technical Competencies):
* Skilled Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul Engineers.
* Experience in working with military or aerospace engine systems is highly desirable.
* Strong attention to detail and precision in data analysis.

* Excellent personal organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work methodically.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision after initial training and orientation.
* Good communication in English, both oral and written.
