sous chef required for a Restaurant in the wells next the sea area of Norfolk. This restaurant is fresh food, 4 days each week they only open daytime and 3 days evenings, you will NOT work every evening which is fantastic. sous chef, £34-38k, parking available locally, fresh food.
The role
We are looking for a sous chef to support the head chef with the running of the kitchen. 4days a week it is day time and 3 days they open all day. you will cover the pass on the head chef day off and run a section on the other days. this role will include all the normal sous chef duties,

we are looking for a sous chef from a fresh food background and a hands on chef. you will be cooking as it is a small team
