If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our client, a reputable family-run agricultural machinery company based in Sussex, as an Aftersales Advisor.

About the Role

We are looking for an individual who can deal effectively with service customers, providing the highest standards of customer care while delivering consultative sales solutions to both internal and external customers. As an Aftersales Advisor, your responsibilities will include:

Customer Communication: Professionally communicate with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products and services or to obtain details of customer issues.

Parts Liaison: Work closely with technicians to ensure the availability of requisite parts, and inform customers of any time restrictions promptly.

Warranty Management: Handle Isuzu warranty claims, including prior approval and claim submission.

Invoicing and Estimates: Prepare and complete invoices, advise customers on estimated costs of repairs, and communicate timescales for work to be completed.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

Experience: Previous experience in an agricultural machinery or automotive aftersales environment, or a similar field, is essential.

Communication Skills: Excellent customer communication skills and a professional telephone manner.

Technical Skills: Must be computer literate and confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Office.

Working Hours

Normal working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday with the opportunity for overtime
