National Sales Manager

Fantastic business in a period of sustained growth requires a National Sales Manager. This position is to lead a diverse and dynamic team of Salespeople, who sell into the merchant route to market across the UK. They are a market leading manufacturer of Heavyside building products, based near the West Midlands. You will be expected to deliver sales growth, lead and develop the sales team and formulate a sales strategy.

This is a fantastic role for some who is a Regional Manager leading a small team looking for a step up, or a proven National Sales Manager looking for an exciting challenge. The role will offer a competitive base salary, with incentives and a full benefits package. You will have experience of managing people selling into merchants, or perhaps work=k for a merchants overseeing a sales teams.
