Hill McGlynn are delighted to be working with a leading residential builder to recruit a Traffic Marshall for an exciting new project in Ramsgate.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and safety-conscious individual to join a well-regarded team on a busy construction site.

Responsibilities:

* Managing site access and egress for vehicles and personnel.

* Directing site traffic safely and efficiently.

* Ensuring compliance with site health and safety regulations.

* Labouring on site

* Supporting deliveries and material movements on-site.

* Assisting site management with general tasks as required.

Skills & Experience:

* Valid Traffic Marshall/Banksman ticket (essential).

* Previous experience on a construction site.

* Valid CSCS card (essential).

* Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

* Punctual, reliable, and safety-focused.

Role Details:

* Start Date: Immediate

* Location: Ramsgate

* Duration: Ongoing

* Pay: £15 - £16 per hour
