As a Water Hygiene Engineer, your key responsibilities will include:
* Conducting temperature checks to ensure water safety
* Monitoring
* Servicing Thermostatic Mixing Valves (TMVs)
* Performing water sampling
* Inspecting cold water storage tanks to meet hygiene standards
* Carrying out cleaning and disinfection works
* Implementing control measures to maintain water safety
* Completing compliance documentation accurately

Who They’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you’ll need a full UK driving licence and a minimum of two years’ experience as a Water Hygiene Engineer. A strong understanding of ACOP L8 and HSG 274 is essential, along with a genuine desire to progress within the water hygiene industry. You should be willing to travel regionally across Newcastle and the surrounding areas.
