We are looking for a new Administrator to join our small team in Hartley Wintney due to promotion. This is about as varied a role as you will ever find. You will be working alongside all members of the team, Operations Manager , Key Account Director and Finance.
Communication skills and meticulous attention to detail are essential as well as the ability to roll up your sleeves and become a key member of our small team
Vigil Fire & Security have been established for 18 years and we provide a wide range of security systems to corporate clients.
This is an office based role, in lovely offices in a rural location. The successful candidate will require a car and valid driving licence as we are not on a bus route.
Also, massive bonus if you can help keep the office plants alive although not essential its not our strong point.
All normal administrator duties to include:
* Answering phone calls
* Redirecting phone calls
* Taking messages
* Diary management for travelling Engineers
* Booking Couriers
* Stock Taking
* Using our online service Management software
* Making travel arrangements
* Ordering office supplies such as stationary
* Ordering consumables for office equipment such as printers
* The list could go on and on
Like all office’s we like to have fun as well as work hard, we all take turns to make the coffee (Apart from the key account director he dosnt even know we have a kettle)
