Manage a diverse portfolio of residential properties.
Act as the main point of contact for property owners and residents.
Ensure compliance with all relevant property regulations and legislations.
Coordinate property maintenance and repairs in a timely manner.
Manage and resolve any property-related disputes or complaints.
Regularly report on property performance and financials.
Conduct regular property inspections to ensure standards are maintained.
Manage property budgets and ensure cost efficiency.Profile
A successful Block Property Manager should have:
