This outstanding school is seeking a passionate and innovative Food Technologist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our research and development department, you will play a critical role in developing new food products, enhancing existing formulations, and ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and taste.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and reformulate food products to meet customer and market demands.
Conduct research on new ingredients and technologies to drive product innovation.
Manage product trials, from the bench to full-scale manufacturing, ensuring smooth transitions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, procurement, and quality assurance, to bring new products to market.
Monitor food safety regulations and ensure all products comply with food safety standards and industry regulations.
Analyze product performance and make recommendations for improvements in taste, texture, and nutritional content.
Maintain accurate records of product development processes and outcomes.
Stay updated on food trends and emerging technologies to ensure our product line remains competitive and appealing.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Proven experience in product development and/or food manufacturing, with a track record of successful product launches.
Strong understanding of food chemistry, ingredient functionality, and food safety regulations.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Passionate about food innovation, with a keen sense of taste and creativity.
