Position: HR Advisor
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: Competitive, up to £35,000 PA
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm (1-hour lunch break)
About the Role:
In this standalone role, you'll work closely with the Group HR Manager to deliver a broad spectrum of HR services. Your work will directly support business managers, employees, and the ongoing evolution of HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive HR support across the organisation.
Ensure consistent and standardised HR processes.
Handle employee relations, including grievances and disciplinary actions.
Assist in updating HR policies to comply with current legislation.
Manage monthly payroll processing.
Oversee HR administration duties with efficiency and accuracy.
Offer expert advice to managers and employees, promoting positive workplace practices.
Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies.
Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure smooth transitions for new hires.
Identify and facilitate learning and development opportunities.
Support the annual performance review process.
Collaborate on HR initiatives and ad-hoc projects led by the Group HR Manager.Who We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong HR generalist background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Essential Qualifications & Skills:
CIPD qualification (minimum Level 3) or equivalent experience.
Solid HR generalist experience, ideally in a standalone role.
Strong knowledge of employment law.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
Exceptional attention to detail and discretion.
Proven ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking.What's on Offer:
