Job Profile: Import Coordinator
Import Coordinator- Responsibilities
Communicating our various customers, suppliers, and sub-contractors such as shipping lines, hauliers, and depots.
Raising internal files
Handling Air and Sea Freight
Raising Invoices
Passing supplier invoices and querying where necessary
Checking arrivals
Arranging collections and deliveries, making sure to meet customer deadlines.
Following up after delivery to ensure the customer was happy,
Import Coordinator- Requirements
Proven successful track record of at least two years working for a small to medium sized freight forwarder.
Importing live pets is advantageous
Strong attention to detail.
Good communication skills and friendly personality.
Competent using Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Strong and dynamic team player.
Import Coordinator- Remunerations
Monday to Friday (Apply online only) hrs
£30,000 - £35,000
Company Laptop
Overtime offered with additional pay
