A well-established high street butcher's shop with a leading supermarket are looking for a skilled and experienced Butcher Manager to lead a small team, maintain high product quality, and deliver excellent customer service within a busy retail environment.

Key Responsibilities as a Butcher Manager:

* As Butcher Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the butchery department, including team management and stock control.

* Providing excellent customer service-offering advice, answering questions, and taking orders/payments.

* Ordering, managing, and taking stock to ensure high product quality and availability.

* Ensuring all food safety procedures are followed in line with industry regulations.

* Maintaining high standards for counter displays and overall shop presentation.

* Managing staff rotas and controlling waste to maximize efficiency.

Requirements in our new Butcher Manager

* Previous managerial or supervisory experience in a butchery environment.

* Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and committed to delivering high standards.

* A proactive, problem-solving approach to challenges.

* Flexibility regarding working hours.

* Strong knowledge of HACCP procedures.
