Are you a compassionate and experienced Healthcare Assistant looking for a fulfilling full-time role in a care home setting? We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team in Tunbridge Wells, providing high-quality care and support to residents.

About the Role:
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will be responsible for:

Supporting residents with daily living activities, including personal care, mobility assistance, and meal support

Building meaningful relationships with residents to provide emotional and social support

Assisting with medication prompts and monitoring residents' well-being

Working alongside nurses and care staff to maintain a safe and comfortable environment

Ensuring that all care is delivered with dignity, respect, and professionalism

What We’re Looking For:

Previous care home experience is essential

DBS on the Update Service is a must

Full rights to work in the UK – no sponsorship available

Ideally a driver or lives locally in Kent for ease of commute

A caring, patient, and reliable nature with a passion for supporting vulnerable individuals
