If so, then look no further than this Technical Manager role. This is a newly created role, where the person in post will drive NPD and product improvement across the business internally and externally. 

Key responsibilities:

Lead formulation development, field trials, and efficacy testing for new products.
Identify new trends, technologies, and ingredients to drive innovation.
Provide support to customers, distributors, and internal teams on product usage and troubleshooting.
Develop eco-friendly products and lead efforts in resistance management strategies.
Work with sales, marketing, and regulatory teams to align technical projects with market and business goals.
Mentor and lead technical staff, fostering innovation and growth.
Who are they looking for?

Maybe you have supervisory and/or line management experience or you are ready to take that step-up? Ideally you will have:

BSc Biology, Chemistry or Similar 
Experience working with Agrochemicals and/or pesticides/insecticides 
Strong leadership skills 
Previous experience working with formulations
