Up to £30,000, with uncapped bonuses, OTE £40,000+

We’re seeking an enthusiastic communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for all things sales development.
Responsibilities
* Drive growth by identifying and qualifying high-potential leads for the sales team
* Use multi-channel outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to engage prospects and set up discovery meetings
* Research and understand target markets to personalise outreach and maximise impact
* Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine outreach strategies and share insights
* Achieve and exceed monthly activity targets for lead generation and meetings booked
* Maintain accurate records in CRM, tracking all interactions and follow-ups
Key Criteria
* Experience in lead generation or a related sales role, preferably within a SaaS environment
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Ability to interpret data and offer actionable insights
* Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools
* Self-driven and comfortable working independently
